Singer & Songwriter
Barbara Lee Turrill is a singer/songwriter and guitarist from the central Oregon Coast, performing at local cafes and restaurants.
Her musical travels have taken her from one side of the country to another, from a solo career, through several band experiences and most recently as part of a trio, performing original and new folk.
The Dalby Gang
She also plays a resonator mandolin, acoustic and electric guitar in the band The Dalbey Gang in the Newport area. Barbara Lee just released her first CD, called “Southbound Door,” which she is happy to say was “50 years in the making.”
Before moving to Oregon, Barbara Lee lived and worked on the East Coast, including 5 years at WGBH FM, public radio in Boston, and one year at WGTE FM, public radio in Toledo, OH.
