This week Ross talks with Julie Roth-Carter about the basics of sustainable gardening, going over some principles and approaches to make gardens easier to manage and in line with environmental best practices.  Pictured below is the rainwater catchment tank operating at the Waldport Demonstration Garden.  This tank ensures that the garden can be watered with rainwater rather than municipal water all year long.
